Lucky95 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To use Lucky95, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky95 will not permit access to any individual under this age under any circumstances.
• You must be the account holder and be using the account exclusively for your own personal use. Betting on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Lucky95 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any legal guardianship or mental incapacity, you may not use Lucky95.
• You must not be in a state of self-exclusion from Lucky95 or any other gambling platform covered by a mutual exclusion scheme.

When registering a Lucky95 account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Lucky95 may reject any application or close any account where we have reason to believe that registration details are false, incomplete, or misleading.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Lucky95 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — will be treated as a breach of these Terms. Lucky95 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances within them without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky95 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any third party. Lucky95 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Lucky95 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

By depositing funds at Lucky95, you confirm that:

• The payment method you are using belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• The funds you are depositing are not proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity.
• You are not using the Lucky95 Platform for money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• You accept that Lucky95 may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time, particularly for large deposits.

Lucky95 processes all deposits in good faith and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank network outages, or issues with your mobile wallet provider. If a deposit does not appear in your Lucky95 balance within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Lucky95 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that appears to be made fraudulently, that triggers an anti-money laundering alert, or that is associated with a payment method that does not belong to the account holder.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount at Lucky95 is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be verified through Lucky95's KYC process. You will be asked to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered mobile number or bank account (statement or screenshot confirming ownership).
• Any additional documentation Lucky95 may request to comply with our regulatory obligations.

Once your identity is verified and your withdrawal request is approved, Lucky95 targets a processing time of under five minutes for JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, and SadaPay. IBFT and card withdrawals may take up to one business day due to bank processing timelines outside Lucky95's control.

Lucky95 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all Lucky95 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Lucky95 members only. Lucky95 reserves the right to exclude any member from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Lucky95 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Lucky95 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that no changes negatively affect bets already placed.

All sports bets placed at Lucky95 are subject to the rules set out in this section and in the specific rules for each sport or competition. Lucky95 offers betting on cricket (including PSL and international formats), football, and other sports. The minimum bet amount is Rs 50 per selection.

Lucky95 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during a live event, where we determine that market integrity has been compromised, where a result is known in advance, or where there is unusual betting activity that suggests match-fixing or corruption. Bets placed after the result of an event is known will be voided.

• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• If an error occurs in the publication of odds — including obvious pricing errors where the published odds are materially different from the correct market price — Lucky95 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Lucky95 will publish these limits where applicable.
• Lucky95 reserves the right to restrict bet amounts or close markets for any member who we believe is betting professionally or using pricing inefficiencies in a way that is not in keeping with recreational betting.

Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. Lucky95 uses real-time data to update in-play odds, but there may be a brief delay between the live event and odds updates. Bets placed during this latency period are accepted at Lucky95's discretion. If a bet is placed after the outcome of a key event (wicket, goal, etc.) is already determined, Lucky95 reserves the right to void that bet.

All casino games available at Lucky95, including live dealer games (Andar Bahar, Baccarat), crash games (Aviator), and any other game in the Lucky95 lobby, are provided by certified third-party providers and governed by those providers' game rules. Published RTP percentages are correct at the time of publication and are based on long-run theoretical returns, not session-level guaranteed returns.

Lucky95 does not influence game outcomes. All live casino game results are determined by physical card dealing under camera supervision. Aviator and other crash games use certified provably fair random number generators. Lucky95 cannot and does not interfere with game results once a round has commenced.

Some games at Lucky95 carry table limits and maximum single-bet restrictions. These limits are displayed in the game interface before you place any bet. Players in Lucky95 VIP programmes may have access to higher limit tables, subject to separate VIP terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Lucky95 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including winnings), and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent any account restriction.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit odds, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players at Lucky95 live tables or in any other game format to influence outcomes or pool winnings unfairly.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in Lucky95 games. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided upon discovery.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, including stolen card details, fake mobile wallet accounts, or reversal fraud (chargeback abuse).
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Lucky95 Platform, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with any Lucky95 system, database, or communication infrastructure.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a pre-set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Lucky95 account. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes and is irreversible.

All content on the Lucky95 Platform — including but not limited to the Lucky95 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Lucky95 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Lucky95 content without our prior written consent. Scraping of odds data, game content, or any other Lucky95 proprietary information using automated means is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky95's total liability to you in connection with the Platform or any service provided through it shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Lucky95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Lucky95 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Lucky95 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may occur. We will endeavour to notify members of planned maintenance in advance. Lucky95 is not liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability during any such period.

You may close your Lucky95 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided that all withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Lucky95 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity has taken place through the account.
• The account holder has misrepresented their identity, age, or location.
• The account balance has been accumulated through exploitation of errors or bonus abuse.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

Where Lucky95 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the account balance to cover any losses, costs, or penalties arising from the breach. Lucky95 will notify you of any account closure decision, except where we are prohibited from doing so by law or regulatory instruction.

Lucky95 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered members by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Lucky95 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree to a change, you should close your account before the change takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lucky95 holds its operating licence. Lucky95 is operated under a valid online gaming licence issued by a recognised international gaming regulator.

If you have a complaint about any Lucky95 service, decision, or outcome, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 72 hours. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate it to our independent dispute resolution service, whose contact details are available on request from Lucky95 support.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
